PREPARATION & FOLLOW-UP

              

What kinds of things can be done to prepare for and then maintain and extend the progress that we have made as a result of our participation in a Cooperative Adventures program?

All of my clients have faced these questions and have asked for help with this.  Previously, I have shared information from my daily practice as well as strategies that have been shared with me by other teachers and administrators with the individual teachers who have asked on a case by case basis.  This is my first foray into gathering this information in one place and making it available to everyone.
